Before you write

• Where is my order? Orders are handled in 1–2 business days and delivery takes a further 2–4 — 3–6 business days in total, free everywhere in the United Kingdom. Full details in our shipping policy.
• I want to return something. You have 14 days from delivery. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel, so it costs you nothing. If the label is missing, tell us here and we will send another free of charge. Full details in our refund policy.
• Something arrived damaged. Attach photographs to your message. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at our cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return reaching us.
